We are working with a property investment group who manage a substantial commercial property portfolio across the UK. Following several strong years and numerous acquisitions they are now looking to recruit a Senior Asset Manager to drive values through the execution of their asset management strategy.

Working with the MD and wider team you will take a lead on all aspects of asset management including leasing vacant units, rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears, overseeing refurbishment projects and identifying redevelopment and repurposing opportunities. You will also work closely with the transactional team in identifying surplus land and property holdings for disposal, and providing input the acquisitions process on potential new sites.

On a wider basis you will oversee the work of external consultants, agents and surveyors in the delivery of specialist services.
