Our client is a leading regional urban planning consultancy who are looking to further develop their service in London by appointing a lead Director.
Building on their established presence in London and the South East, you will work with the MD to develop the company’s profile and instruction base, along with helping to develop a delivery team.
The organisation have a track record of bringing forward a range of high profile mixed-use, regeneration and significant residential projects, advising on all stages of the planning process. It is expected new work will come from commercial and residential developers, private investors and landowners across London and the South East.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-capitalised and dynamic business where you will be rewarded with a very good base salary along with various incentives. It is also expected that the successful candidate will be gifted equity in the firm so that they have control over the direction of the London office and an impact on the wider business nationally.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be MRTPI and have a demonstrable track record in delivering planning advice to a London centric client base. You will have a good network of contacts and relationship management skills, have experience of managing a delivery team, and have the ambition and tenacity to help develop new business.
