Our client is highly successful independent property firm with offices across the UK. They have recently won several new management instructions from existing clients and are now looking to recruit an Associate Director to their West Midlands team.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a mixed portfolio comprising multi-let industrial, office and retail properties across the wider Midlands region. Day to day work will include property inspections and reporting, preparing and presenting service charge budgets, dealing with maintenance issues and contractor management, overseeing FM’s and other onsite teams, compiling and presenting reports, attending clients meetings and identifying opportunity for asset enhancement.

£50,000 - £60,000 plus car and package

We are working with corporate occupier who are looking to appoint a Regional Estates Manager to their in-house property team. Working with the Property Director you will take a regional lead in implementing their corporate estates strategy.

The role itself will be varied and you will be tasked with day to day estates work as well various projects related to cost mitigation through a proactive approach.

Work will include;

· Rent reviews, lease renewals and regears

· Acquisitions, disposals and relocations

· Service charge analysis

· Managing third party consultants on matters such as business rates, projects, FM and more complex lease negotiations.

· Liaising with Landlord

· Overseeing the sublet portfolio

This is an autonomous role where you will large work from home and be field based, with a requirement to visits sites across the region frequently.
