We are working with a leading independent consultancy who are looking to expand their team in the East Midlands by appointing a Chartered General Practice Surveyor.

The post holder will work with a variety of existing clients including property companies, investors, and corporates, providing a range of general practice surveying advice. Day to say work will include;

• Rent reviews

• Lease renewals

• Lease restructuring

• Loan security valuation reports

• Valuations for business and accounting purposes

• Asset Management advice

We are proud to be partnered with a leading national commercial property consultancy who are looking to expand their Lease Advisory service in Birmingham.

You will work with a wide variety of the firm’s clients including high profile property investors and funds, corporate occupiers, national retailers, FTSE 250 businesses and property companies with assets across the office, industrial and retails markets.

Day to day work will include a mix of rent review and lease renewals, as well as lease structuring and regears. On a wider basis you will work with the agency teams to provide rental advice and market analysis, as well as contributing to portfolio strategy.
