We are proud to be partnered with a leading national commercial property consultancy who are looking to expand their Valuation service in Birmingham.

Working with a highly successful team, you will be responsible for providing loan security advice for new lending on behalf of a range of UK banks, private equity houses and specialist debt providers. You will work independently on your own instructions, valuing a mix of high profile commercial assets across the industrial, office, retail and BTR/PBSA markets, as well as contributing to wider portfolio projects with the wider team.

£55,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance and package

Our client is a niche regeneration and development advisory business offering a range of consultancy services to public sector organisations across the UK. As they continue to grow on a national basis they are now looking to recruit an Associate or Director to play a lead role for them in the Midlands.

Leading a small delivery team you will be responsible for providing a range of services including development appraisals, financial modelling, site assembly and disposal, planning and development advice, developer procurement, funding advice, market analysis and valuations.

Clients include various local authorities across the Midlands, private developer, property and planning consultancies, universities and corporates.

£80,000 - £100,000 plus equity + package

Our client is a leading regional urban planning consultancy who are looking to further develop their service in London by appointing a lead Director.

Building on their established presence in London and the South East, you will work with the MD to develop the company’s profile and instruction base, along with helping to develop a delivery team.

The organisation have a track record of bringing forward a range of high profile mixed-use, regeneration and significant residential projects, advising on all stages of the planning process. It is expected new work will come from commercial and residential developers, private investors and landowners across London and the South East.
