Working with a highly successful team, you will be responsible for providing loan security advice for new lending on behalf of a range of UK banks, private equity houses and specialist debt providers. You will work independently on your own instructions, valuing a mix of high profile commercial assets across the industrial, office, retail and BTR/PBSA markets, as well as contributing to wider portfolio projects with the wider team.

£80,000 - £100,000 plus equity + package

Our client is a leading regional urban planning consultancy who are looking to further develop their service in London by appointing a lead Director.

Building on their established presence in London and the South East, you will work with the MD to develop the company’s profile and instruction base, along with helping to develop a delivery team.

The organisation have a track record of bringing forward a range of high profile mixed-use, regeneration and significant residential projects, advising on all stages of the planning process. It is expected new work will come from commercial and residential developers, private investors and landowners across London and the South East.

£55,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance and package

Our client is a niche regeneration and development advisory business offering a range of consultancy services to public sector organisations across the UK. As they continue to grow on a national basis they are now looking to recruit an Associate or Director to play a lead role for them in the Midlands.

Leading a small delivery team you will be responsible for providing a range of services including development appraisals, financial modelling, site assembly and disposal, planning and development advice, developer procurement, funding advice, market analysis and valuations.

Clients include various local authorities across the Midlands, private developer, property and planning consultancies, universities and corporates.

We are working with a niche, city centre agency business who are going through a period of significant growth and are now looking to appoint an Agent to their team.

The role will cover a variety of instructions including leasing work for landlord clients, investment sales, working with retained clients on acquisitions, and providing development advice relating to various land and property holdings.

Day to day work will cover property viewings, negotiating Head of Terms and structuring deals, marketing advice, rental valuations, client management, networking and liaising with a range of stakeholders including joint agents, specialist advisors and solicitors.

£55,000 - £65,000 plus package

We are working with a property investment group who manage a substantial commercial property portfolio across the UK. Following several strong years and numerous acquisitions they are now looking to recruit a Senior Asset Manager to drive values through the execution of their asset management strategy.

Working with the MD and wider team you will take a lead on all aspects of asset management including leasing vacant units, rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears, overseeing refurbishment projects and identifying redevelopment and repurposing opportunities. You will also work closely with the transactional team in identifying surplus land and property holdings for disposal, and providing input the acquisitions process on potential new sites.

On a wider basis you will oversee the work of external consultants, agents and surveyors in the delivery of specialist services.

You will work with a wide variety of the firm’s clients including high profile property investors and funds, corporate occupiers, national retailers, FTSE 250 businesses and property companies with assets across the office, industrial and retails markets.

Day to day work will include a mix of rent review and lease renewals, as well as lease structuring and regears. On a wider basis you will work with the agency teams to provide rental advice and market analysis, as well as contributing to portfolio strategy.

Our client is a busy independent property management business based in Birmingham city centre. They are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to their team.

Working with commercial property management team you will be responsible for providing support to the surveyors and PM’s, as well as taking on some surveying duties.

Day to day work will include answering queries via email, over the phone and via post, liaising with landlords and tenants, raising invoices, approving payments, arranging inspections, day to day office administration and helping to compile a range of monthly reports.

The post holder will work with a variety of existing clients including property companies, investors, and corporates, providing a range of general practice surveying advice. Day to say work will include;

• Rent reviews

• Lease renewals

• Lease restructuring

• Loan security valuation reports

• Valuations for business and accounting purposes

• Asset Management advice

Our client is highly successful independent property firm with offices across the UK. They have recently won several new management instructions from existing clients and are now looking to recruit an Associate Director to their West Midlands team.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a mixed portfolio comprising multi-let industrial, office and retail properties across the wider Midlands region. Day to day work will include property inspections and reporting, preparing and presenting service charge budgets, dealing with maintenance issues and contractor management, overseeing FM’s and other onsite teams, compiling and presenting reports, attending clients meetings and identifying opportunity for asset enhancement.

£40,000 - £50,000

Our client is a market leader in the provision of business rates payment and management services, acting on behalf of a number of FTSE 250 businesses, public sector bodies and property investors across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Rates Account Manager to their team in the Midlands.

The post holder will take responsibility for ensuring clients’ business rates liabilities are paid accurately and on time. You will be allocated your own portfolio of clients to work with as well as supporting the wider team on larger mandates.

Day to day work will include verifying bills and resolving queries, liaising with clients and updating billing authorities on portfolio movement/occupancy, apply reliefs and exemptions, approving payments, reconciling accounts, generating client reports, providing strategic portfolio advice, attending client meetings and helping to coordinate work flows

We are working with corporate occupier who are looking to appoint a Regional Estates Manager to their in-house property team. Working with the Property Director you will take a regional lead in implementing their corporate estates strategy.

The role itself will be varied and you will be tasked with day to day estates work as well various projects related to cost mitigation through a proactive approach.

Work will include;

· Rent reviews, lease renewals and regears

· Acquisitions, disposals and relocations

· Service charge analysis

· Managing third party consultants on matters such as business rates, projects, FM and more complex lease negotiations.

· Liaising with Landlord

· Overseeing the sublet portfolio

This is an autonomous role where you will large work from home and be field based, with a requirement to visits sites across the region frequently.
